When can I expect to receive my order?

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume and delivery times may be longer than usual. We want to deliver more than expected, so to be on the safe side, we are following these guidelines:All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Shipping takes approximately 6-12 business days, depending on your location. We ship to approximately 75 countries. For all "clothing sets", the delivery time may be slightly longer, around 14 days. This is due to different suppliers.

How long will it take to track my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time. Tracking will be available as soon as the package has been shipped.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently only offer standard shipping. However, we are working on introducing express shipping options and will update this section when they become available.
